Buyer’s living outside the Philippines
- Principal Buyer needs to have an authorized representative
- Principal Buyer needs to sign, scan and email an Authorization Letter to be given to his/her authorized representative or to his/her broker
- Principal Buyer needs to send photocopy of Valid IDs with 3 specimen signature to his/her authorized representative
- Authorized representative must show proof of identification at the time of reservation
